About Us...

Rubicon Katering is a family owed and operated business for over 30 years. My name is Rebecca(Becky) Fischer. I am the current owner of the business. My Mom and Dad (Mary and Bob Pankow) started the catering business (originally know as Pankow Catering) in 1980. When my father passed away 20+ years ago, my brother, Marty Pankow took over the catering business, changed the name to Marty's Custom Catering Inc. and incorporated the catering business with his custom meat processing business. My brother, Marty, sold off his meat processing business in Fall of 2004. During the winter of 2004-05 he completely remodeled his former custom meat processing portion of the building into a new fully expanded catering kitchen. Please see the pictures below of our expanded facility. My mom, Mary, is still involved in the day to day operation to ensure that the quality her and our dad established many years ago is pasted on and remains the heart of our business.

We also expanded our menu. Take a minute to look over our expanded catering brochure. We are also pleased to announce we are processing venison during the bow and gun season.  We do have a 24 hour drop off cooler available.  Give us a call to see how we can assist with all your venison processing needs. We still offer serving our delicious home cook catered meals at your event or, if you'd like, you can call to place a take out order. If you are unable to pick up your larger order, we do offer delivery for a minimal fee. We are also very excited to now offer Pig Roasts for your next get together.
